Frozen Time for MN region will not begin until the end of August

Frozen Time for the MN region will not begin until the end of August. At the January all-partner meeting, the schools requested to move their Spring/Summer 2016 submission deadline back to August 3rd so they could complete the task before school started. However, in practice, a number of schools found that they didn’t have enough information to be able to complete their requests by that date so we had to move it back to August 14th as in previous years. It takes about two weeks for us to do the quality control back-and-forth to get the requests clarified, so we expect Frozen Time to begin on or around August 31st. We will again be sending out spreadsheets to the clinical partners with the organized request data.
