Fall 2017 requests are still being submitted for the Minnesota Region. They will not be ready for clinical partners to review until after March 20th. At that time, TCCP staff will send out reports of the active requests.

Spring 2017 Frozen Time is in effect until October 3rd for Groups and October 31st for Preceptors. No new requests for Spring should be submitted during this time.

The StudentLink-Prelicensure system seems to be having some problems right now. The developer has been contacted and we hope to have it fixed asap. Thanks for your patience.
Frozen Time for MN region will not begin until the end of August

Frozen Time for the MN region will not begin until the end of August. At the January all-partner meeting, the schools requested to move their Spring/Summer 2016 submission deadline back to August 3rd so they could complete the task before school started. However, in practice, a number of schools found that they didn’t have enough information to be able to complete their requests by that date so we had to move it back to August 14th as in previous years. It takes about two weeks for us to do the quality control back-and-forth to get the requests clarified, so we expect Frozen Time to begin on or around August 31st. We will again be sending out spreadsheets to the clinical partners with the organized request data.

The Clinical Sites will be updating their orientation/onboarding materials on the TCCP website through November 21st. Once that is complete, we will send an email to the schools to let you know that you can start doing your rosters and passing on the information to your students.
Frozen Time is ended

Frozen Time has ended for both groups and preceptors and schools may now submit any new requests they’d like. We still have a few clinical sites with pending decisions.
Frozen Time for Spring 2015

We are now in Frozen Time for Spring 2015. The deadline for most decisions to be entered by the clinical partners is October 1st for Groups and October 31st for Preceptors. During Frozen Time, schools may not enter new requests or changes for the Spring 2015 data. If there are any last-minute requests/changes for Fall 2014, those may still be entered as usual.
TCCP staff are still finalizing the Summer 2015 schedule and hope to release the data to the clinical partners in the next week or so.
